Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms
- 12 large mushrooms.
- ½ cup grated Judi Gouda Cheese.
- 1 tbsp Judi Butter.
- 1 garlic clove, minced.
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Remove the mushroom stems and chop them finely.
- Heat the butter in a pan, add the minced garlic and chopped stems, and sauté briefly.
- Mix in the breadcrumbs and grated cheese.
- Stuff the mixture into the mushroom caps and bake for 15-20 minutes.
