Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 12 large mushrooms.
  • ½ cup grated Judi Gouda Cheese.
  • 1 tbsp Judi Butter.
  • 1 garlic clove, minced.
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Remove the mushroom stems and chop them finely.
  • Heat the butter in a pan, add the minced garlic and chopped stems, and sauté briefly.
  • Mix in the breadcrumbs and grated cheese.
  • Stuff the mixture into the mushroom caps and bake for 15-20 minutes.
