Basbousa (Semolina Cake)

  • 1 cup semolina.
  • ½ cup sugar.
  • ¼ cup Judi Butter Ghee.
  • ½ cup Judi Full Cream Milk.
  • 1 tsp baking powder.
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, mix the semolina, sugar, baking powder, and coconut.
  • Add the butter ghee and milk, then mix to form a batter.
  • Pour into a greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
