Basbousa (Semolina Cake)
- 1 cup semolina.
- ½ cup sugar.
- ¼ cup Judi Butter Ghee.
- ½ cup Judi Full Cream Milk.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- ¼ cup shredded coconut.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, mix the semolina, sugar, baking powder, and coconut.
- Add the butter ghee and milk, then mix to form a batter.
- Pour into a greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
