Butter Ghee Cookies
- ½ cup Judi Butter Ghee.
- ½ cup sugar.
- 1 cup flour.
- ½ tsp vanilla extract.
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Cream the butter ghee and sugar together until fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla and flour to form a soft dough.
- Shape the dough into small balls, place them on a baking tray, and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden.
