Butter Ghee Cookies

  • ½ cup Judi Butter Ghee.
  • ½ cup sugar.
  • 1 cup flour.
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract.
  • Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  • Cream the butter ghee and sugar together until fluffy.
  • Mix in the vanilla and flour to form a soft dough.
  • Shape the dough into small balls, place them on a baking tray, and flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden.
