Cheese-Stuffed Burgers

  • 500g ground beef.
  • ½ cup grated Judi Maasdam Cheese.
  • 1 egg.
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs.
  • ½ tsp garlic powder.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Divide the mixture into patties and place a small amount of grated cheese in the center of each.
  • Seal the cheese inside and shape into patties.
  • Grill or pan-fry until cooked through.
