Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
12 large mushrooms.
½ cup grated Judi Gouda Cheese.
1 tbsp Judi Butter.
1 garlic clove, minced.
1 tbsp breadcrumbs.
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Remove the mushroom stems and chop them finely.
Heat the butter in a pan, add the minced garlic and chopped stems, and sauté briefly.
Mix in the breadcrumbs and grated cheese.
Stuff the mixture into the mushroom caps and bake for 15-20 minutes.
