Cheesy Potato Gratin

  • 4 potatoes, thinly sliced.
  • 1 cup Judi Full Cream Milk.
  • ½ cup grated Judi Edam Cheese.
  • 2 tbsp Judi Butter.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Layer the potato slices in a greased baking dish.
  • Heat the milk and butter, then pour over the potatoes.
  • Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden and tender.
