Cheesy Potato Gratin
Ingredients
4 potatoes, thinly sliced.
1 cup Judi Full Cream Milk.
½ cup grated Judi Edam Cheese.
2 tbsp Judi Butter.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Layer the potato slices in a greased baking dish.
Heat the milk and butter, then pour over the potatoes.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden and tender.
