Cheesy Potato Gratin
- 4 potatoes, thinly sliced.
- 1 cup Judi Full Cream Milk.
- ½ cup grated Judi Edam Cheese.
- 2 tbsp Judi Butter.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Layer the potato slices in a greased baking dish.
- Heat the milk and butter, then pour over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden and tender.
