Chocolate Mousse
- 100g dark chocolate.
- 1/2 cup Judi Full Cream Milk.
- 2 eggs, separated.
- 2 tbsp sugar.
- Melt chocolate with Judi Full Cream Milk over low heat.
- Whisk egg yolks and add to the chocolate mixture.
- Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold egg whites into the chocolate mixture and chill for 2 hours.
- Serve in a cup with fruit as the topping.
