Chocolate Mousse

  • 100g dark chocolate.
  • 1/2 cup Judi Full Cream Milk.
  • 2 eggs, separated.
  • 2 tbsp sugar.
  • Melt chocolate with Judi Full Cream Milk over low heat.
  • Whisk egg yolks and add to the chocolate mixture.
  • Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold egg whites into the chocolate mixture and chill for 2 hours.
  • Serve in a cup with fruit as the topping.
