Classic cheescake

  • 2 cups crushed digestive biscuits.
  • ½ cup melted Judi Butter.
  • 500g Judi Labneh Cheese.
  • 1 cup sugar.
  • 3 large eggs.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  • ½ cup Judi Full Cream Milk.
  • 1 tbsp corn-starch.
  • Optional: Fresh fruit or jam for topping.
  • Preheat the oven to 160°C and grease a springform pan.
  • Mix the crushed biscuits and melted butter, then press the mixture into the pan to form the base.
  • In a bowl, beat the labneh cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • . Mix in the vanilla, milk, and corn-starch until fully combined.
  • Pour the mixture over the base and bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  • Allow to cool completely before adding toppings such as fresh fruit or jam.
