Classic cheescake
- 2 cups crushed digestive biscuits.
- ½ cup melted Judi Butter.
- 500g Judi Labneh Cheese.
- 1 cup sugar.
- 3 large eggs.
- 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- ½ cup Judi Full Cream Milk.
- 1 tbsp corn-starch.
- Optional: Fresh fruit or jam for topping.
- Preheat the oven to 160°C and grease a springform pan.
- Mix the crushed biscuits and melted butter, then press the mixture into the pan to form the base.
- In a bowl, beat the labneh cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

- Pour the mixture over the base and bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
