Ghraiba (Libyan Butter Cookies)
- 1 cup Judi Butter Ghee.
- ½ cup powdered sugar.
- 2 cups flour.
- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- Mix the butter ghee and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour to form a soft dough.
- Shape into small balls and place on a baking tray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden.
