Ghraiba (Libyan Butter Cookies)

  • 1 cup Judi Butter Ghee.
  • ½ cup powdered sugar.
  • 2 cups flour.
  • Preheat the oven to 150°C.
  • Mix the butter ghee and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Gradually add the flour to form a soft dough.
  • Shape into small balls and place on a baking tray.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden.
