Roasted Chicken
Ingredients
1 whole chicken.
50g fresh ginger.
10 garlic cloves.
Crushed oregano.
Pepper flakes.
4 tbsp Judi Butter Ghee.
Method
Grate the ginger.
Mash the garlic cloves.
In a bowl, mix the grated ginger, mashed garlic, crushed oregano, pepper flakes, and butter ghee.
Gently stuff the mixture inside the chicken and under the skin of the breast and thighs.
Roast in the oven for 1 hour at 250-300°C, preferably using the air fryer setting.
