Roasted Chicken

  • 1 whole chicken.
  • 50g fresh ginger.
  • 10 garlic cloves.
  • Crushed oregano.
  • Pepper flakes.
  • 4 tbsp Judi Butter Ghee.
  • Grate the ginger.
  • Mash the garlic cloves.
  • In a bowl, mix the grated ginger, mashed garlic, crushed oregano, pepper flakes, and butter ghee.
  • Gently stuff the mixture inside the chicken and under the skin of the breast and thighs.
  • Roast in the oven for 1 hour at 250-300°C, preferably using the air fryer setting.
