Roasted Chicken
- 1 whole chicken.
- 50g fresh ginger.
- 10 garlic cloves.
- Crushed oregano.
- Pepper flakes.
- 4 tbsp Judi Butter Ghee.
- Grate the ginger.
- Mash the garlic cloves.
- In a bowl, mix the grated ginger, mashed garlic, crushed oregano, pepper flakes, and butter ghee.
- Gently stuff the mixture inside the chicken and under the skin of the breast and thighs.
- Roast in the oven for 1 hour at 250-300°C, preferably using the air fryer setting.
