Shakshuka with Cheese

  • 4 eggs.
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes.
  • ½ cup diced onions.
  • ½ cup grated Judi Edam Cheese.
  • 2 tbsp Judi Butter.
  • Sauté the onions in butter until translucent.
  • Add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Make wells in the sauce and crack the eggs into them.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and cover until the eggs are set.
