Shakshuka with Cheese
Ingredients
4 eggs.
1 cup diced tomatoes.
½ cup diced onions.
½ cup grated Judi Edam Cheese.
2 tbsp Judi Butter.
Method
Sauté the onions in butter until translucent.
Add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Make wells in the sauce and crack the eggs into them.
Sprinkle with cheese and cover until the eggs are set.
