Shakshuka with Cheese
- 4 eggs.
- 1 cup diced tomatoes.
- ½ cup diced onions.
- ½ cup grated Judi Edam Cheese.
- 2 tbsp Judi Butter.
- Sauté the onions in butter until translucent.
- Add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Make wells in the sauce and crack the eggs into them.
- Sprinkle with cheese and cover until the eggs are set.
